Data controller
Siemon Digital, as creator and operator of The Money Command, is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. For any request regarding your data, write to hello@themoneycommand.com.
What we collect
We only collect the data you give us voluntarily when you purchase, subscribe or contact us: name, email, country and the payment information needed to process the transaction (the latter is handled directly by the payment processor, not by us). We also automatically log basic technical browsing data: approximate IP, device type, browser, pages visited and origin references.
What we use it for
To deliver the product you purchased, send you the access credentials and downloadable materials, provide support, respond to legal requests, prevent fraud and — if you opted in — send you program communications or future launches. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Cookies we use
The site uses three types of cookies: (1) necessary for the page to work, such as remembering your language or your decision on this notice; (2) analytics, to understand which sections are read and improve the site (aggregated data — does not identify a person); (3) marketing, to measure the performance of social-media campaigns if you arrived through one. If you choose «Only necessary» in the cookie notice, the latter two are disabled.
How to withdraw consent
You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site cookies from your browser. You can also request access, rectification, update, deletion or portability of your personal data by writing to the contact email. We respond to each request within 15 business days at most.
Retention
We retain purchase data for the duration of the commercial relationship and for the additional time required by applicable accounting and tax regulations. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.
Third parties that process data on our behalf
To operate the site we use third-party services that act as data processors: payment gateway, email-sending service, hosting and an analytics tool. All of them are contractually required to maintain equivalent levels of data protection.
Legal framework
This site complies with Colombian personal-data-protection law (Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations) and, where applicable, with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in European territory.
