What data we collect

We collect the data you provide when registering as an affiliate or contacting us (name, email and your affiliate account details), as well as technical data generated during your browsing (IP address, device type, browser and pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use your data

We use your data to manage your participation in the Affiliate Program, correctly attribute sales to your link, settle commissions, respond to your inquiries, send you communications about the program and improve the site. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of performing the affiliate agreement, your consent (for example, for analytics and marketing cookies) and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies

We use first- and third-party cookies for the operation of the site, anonymous analytics and campaign measurement. You can set your preferences from the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" panel. Strictly necessary cookies can't be disabled because the site wouldn't work without them.

Third parties and processors

To operate the program we share the essential data with providers acting as processors: the payment and affiliate platform Hotmart (sales management, attribution and commission settlement) and our analytics and email tools. Each provider processes the data in accordance with its own policy and the instructions we give it.

Retention

We keep your data while you remain an affiliate and, afterward, for the applicable legal periods on tax and accounting matters. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to hello@themoneycommand.com. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
